Featured in this Tornados video is the Panavia Tornado multi-role combat aircraft. "Joystick" was released in February 1964 and was the last track with Alan Caddy on lead guitar before he left to release a solo single and then pursue a career in record production.
A fan club newsletter was issued in late '63 with information on the band's next single release due out in early February '64. The single was to be titled "Joy Stick / Shakedown". However, when the disc was released it was titled "Hot Pot / Joy Stick", with Joy Stick having the lower matrix number, this normally indicating the A side. "Skakedown" remained unreleased until 2003 when it appeared in the "Ridin' the wind - anthology" double CD.

"Ridin' the Wind, the anthology" double CD, which excludes 2 released tracks (Telstar 75 and Red Rocket) but includes 11 previously unissued tracks.
