Here's Mike Bloomfield's band, the Electric Flag, playing "Over Lovin' You" at the Monterey Pop Festival on June 17, 1967. Featured are Bloomfeld doing a stream-of-conciousness hyper intro and the late Buddy Miles' intense singing and drumming. This clip comes from DA Pennebaker's footage for what was to have been a TV special but what later came out as the ground-breaking film, "Monterey Pop." The Flag unfortunately did not appear, and this is what movie-goers missed back in 1968. The clip comes courtesy of YouTube contributor Herbie Cline. Thanks, Herbie!
