The fabulous Freshmen Showband was one of Ireland's most popular bands during the 1960's and 1970's.Noted for their complex vocal harmonies,they specialised in multiple harmony,The Freshmen enjoyed great chart and ballroom success.In 2010 the Freshmen featured on a commemorative stamp issued by An Post,Irelands Postal Service.This video presentation is for educational purposes and social commentary only.No copyright infringement is intended.
