they were in high school. From the late 1950s to the early 1960s, they
recorded for small Texas record labels, such as TNT and Renner Record labels.
Known as Roy Head and the Traits, their biggest hit was "Treat Her Right." It was
released in September, 1965 and reached no. 2 on the pop chart.
