UPDATE: The cofusion continues! I've just watched Joe Meek Story where this footage is presented as the actual Telstar video! I played Telstar over the muted video and it kind of agrees with the song, however both songs are similarly paced, with all that synthethiser and stuff, so it doesn;t really prove anything. Any ideas, anyone?
