Big hit for Ron Dante and the boys at the start of the decade. Although much derided at the time, "bubblegum pop" was not all bad, and this track is a feelgood classic of it's type. Better to be thoroughly uplifted by a catchy tune than clinically depressed by a Morrissey-esque dirge, that's what I say. Looking considerably older and less able to deliver the vocals than in that long-ago period, the core trio have reformed (at the time of writing), and the final shot in the slideshow to this track shows them more-or-less as they are today. Enjoy.
