Recorded in 1959, Lover Boy would become the A side of the debut release for Ronnie Dove And The Bell-Tones. By the time their second release would come around, the group would shorten their name to Ronnie Dove And The Beltones and would issue a total of three singles before Ronnie would begin his solo career. The rest, as they say, is history. Ronnie has a newly recorded version of this song available on his website at www.ronniedovemusic.com which you can order on a custom made cd!
